This is complete garbage, I will not be staying here again.

Was thrown off the site, when they found out we had a cargo trailer. Wife was very unhappy. It's not listed in their policy's that they discriminate against those not having super luxury RV-will never go again.

These folks like to discriminate against any camper that isnt worth 75k +. Apparently, motorcycle trailers are un-welcome. As far as I am concerned, they can pack sand.

It's a very "nice" campground. The grounds are all maintained, clean. As are the washrooms and laundry. Of course the hot spring pool is great. Pricy, the RV camper pass helps. All in all, nice place to stay. I tend toward treed areas, (really like provincial parks, my partner likes the amenities more, lol) here your in the open, that why the 4 stars.

On a side-note, Tunnell Mountain resort in Banff gave us a full refund on 24 hours cancellation notice, hence my frustration.

The campground itself is just ok. Small lots, no firepits, the showers/bathrooms are kind of run down and grubby. It's just your average BC RV park, but the premium price and attitude is unwarranted and unjustified. I would have given this place 3 stars if it were t for the hidden rules and general profiteering attitude.

After dropping $270 to stay 5 nights, I inquired about cancelling our fifth night and getting a refund. This was 48 hours before our scheduled check-out time. I was told that since I had checked in and paid my money, the entire stay was non-refundable. I pointed out that the reservation policy only states that two nights were non refundable and that I'm giving plenty of notice. After a few more minutes discussing with the manager, I called her out and said "your policy is that once you have my money, there is no refund?" Her answer was yes.

The fact that out of all the places I have camped in all my years, these are the only self absorbed pricks that exclude folks from camping. It makes them an extra special class of prick.
